Return policy

Pursuant to Art. 50 para. 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside a commercial establishment, without giving a reason, without owing compensation or penalty and without paying any expenses, with the exception of the expenses provided for in Art. 54 para. 3 and Art. 55 of the Civil Code, within 14 days from the date on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him received the goods and took possession of them.

The goods must meet the following conditions:

- not used

- no mechanical damage

- is in its original packaging and has a commercial appearance.

- is accompanied by accompanying documents /e.g. : warranty card etc./ and accessories with which it was received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your names, telephone number, email address, order number and date and of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement in writing, by letter sent by post to address: 4000 Plovdiv, Skyler St. No. 3 or to our e-mail info@luxart-shop.com

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The amount paid for the order is returned only by bank transfer to the bank account specified by you in the form, as an additional explanation in the Description of the problem.
