Orders placed before 17.00 on a working day are processed and delivered to the couriers on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm or on a holiday are usually processed on the next first working day.

LUXATR.BG is not responsible for untimely deliveries of shipments in cases where the user has indicated an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address and/or provided an incorrect telephone number for delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon receipt of the shipment, we advise you to check the condition of the shipment for possible damage during transportation or damaged packaging. In this regard, we add a "View" option to each delivery when it is sent.

When paying by bank transfer, the order is sent after receiving the amount in the company's account. The transfer takes 1-2 working days and the delivery period begins after the amount has been transferred to the company account.

When paying with PPP, you pay the courier upon delivery and receive a PPP receipt from the courier. The receipt replaces the receipt in this case.

The purpose of the procedure is to contribute to accelerating the transition to digitalization of the economy by providing grants for the implementation of information and communication technologies and solutions that ensure an increase in the level of digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises. The total value of the financing is BGN 20,000, of which BGN 20,000 is free financing.
